Good location as only 5 minutes to a scenic square.

Hotel provides good meals. It has really helpful staff team on request by very willing admin staff. The location is nice and ideal and close to a railroad station. You could walk to a bakery and a drugstore.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a simple charm and nice bathroom plus a double bed, booked it for £ 110.

The breakfast with fresh pastries, assorted bread and also smoked salmon was marvellous. In my case they offered Hearing Accessible room with a simple charm and great bed and good windows and that was great. This lovely small and beautifully decorated hotel was in central location on the lake. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Il Birrivico.

Everything was very good, magnificent location near laundry and grocery store, train station Como S. Giovanni and courtesy of the staff, particularly helpful staff. The breakfast was marvellous and sensational with fresh pastries and ham, perfect to start our day.

Had an air conditioned triple room, which allowed us to enjoy lovely view to the back part to the green mountain. It had a big bed and included a luxurious bathroom a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our group of friends. The location was perfect, as it was extremely close to the train station which was important for us. It was also just a short walk to the center of town and the beautiful lake. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even arranged taxis for us. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. a great choice for a group stay.

The only issue we had was that there were road repairs going on outside the hotel, which caused some noise and inconvenience.

The room was well-equipped with a personalized greeting card and the staff was really helpful and nice. The hotel was easy to find from the train station. The breakfast was self-service, varied, and delicious. The bath towels were nice and large, and the air conditioning in the room was easily regulated. The hotel is small and has a friendly boutique-style atmosphere. The bedroom was comfortable and clean with a good ensuite shower room. The buffet-style continental breakfast was served in a pleasant bar/breakfasting area. The staff gave us tips and recommended restaurants. The interior of the hotel is cozy and comfy. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a 24-hour shop, and the city center.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being extremely close to the train station. It was so convenient, as we could easily walk everywhere comfortably but yet escape the noise of the town center. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather. The staff provided faultless and friendly service, and the breakfast had a good selection. We especially loved the large bath towels and the thoughtful receptionist.

The only downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, which would have been helpful to keep cold products close to us.

The breakfast is amazing and excellent, includes fresh fruit and cheese. It has a combination of an excellent service and an elegant ambience.

The hotel was relaxing, I loved the very friendly staff and absolutely fantastic breakfasts. I had a brand-new and functional room. It included a safe, central heating and an electronic key card, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and nice, close to a railway station, so it was really easy to travel around. The efficient service and the attention to detail! Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.
